Mulyadi Inc. is looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to fill our current needs. The individual should have detail-oriented skills and be able to work in an extremely fast paced environment to meet deadlines. The successful candidate must have strong communication skills, a user-service orientation, familiarity with the team decision-making process, and excellent problem-solving abilities.

The position is located in San Diego, California. Because of our expanding export business, we need a candidate who can appreciate the needs of our global client base, and a team player who is a self-starter ready to hit the ground running from day one.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

· Assist management with day-to-day operations including special projects by conducting basic research, scheduling, managing appointments, creating documents and spreadsheets

· Answering multiple phones

· Recent college graduate is preferred

· Incoming and Outgoing invoices

· Accounts Payable and Receivable

· Assist whoever/whenever with administrative duties

· Prepare shipping documents and/or invoices for customers

· Must have general office experience

· Great organizational skills

· Strong Data Entry skills

· Detail oriented, problem solver, good with numbers

· Good computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook & Power Point)

· Multi-lingual is a plus (Mandarin or Spanish)

· Excellent communication skills, good with people

· Able to effectively work individually or in a team environment

· Full Time position

· Possess the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

· Complete tasks within product timelines

· Prior administrative experience is preferred
